Hamza Chowdhury was included in the squad for two friendly matches against Nepal. He was dropped at the last minute due to injury. However, the midfielder is in the squad for the Asian Cup qualifiers against Hong Kong on October 9 and 14. Canadian expatriate Shamit Shome has also been included. The new face in the squad is US expatriate Zayan Ahmed.
